I rebuilt internal working models and processes and integrated the new company within a Group, including implementing new processes, monthly management reviews, and closings. I also played a key part in due diligence preparations during the acquisition negotiations. I also managed the IT integrations, HR, and finance harmonization and built a new organizational model. Before taking on business management roles, I had overall responsibility for financial matters, created reporting standards for private investors, built an internal finance function from scratch, integrated Power BI reporting to ERP for sales KPIs, built tools for budgeting and forecasting, and implemented HR processes and working model manuals, which improved employee experience. During my professional basketball player career in Germany and Finland from 1991 to 2004, I learned to lead and motivate the team and perform under pressure. I was the captain of several teams of 15 players. We won the Finnish Cup, the Finnish League, and Silver in the German Bundesliga.
