I am an internationally oriented person with wide working experience in leading and managing of software development business, including working in multi-cultural multi-site projects. as Senior Sales Manager I worked in international/global team, networking with many related teams and customers globally. In my job I was accountable to lead sales activities, customer contracting and project profitability of my customer sector. In line manager positions I have been heading SW development teams and business unit. In these jobs have I have succeeded to create excellent team spirit and ‘working together’ atmosphere. As a person I am able to see and analyse the big picture quickly, prioritize the key topics efficiently and implement solid follow-up practices in line with target setting. I am good leader and team builder, who understand the importance of communication and can set right people in right places
