In my current capacity, I deliver guidance, oversight and direction over two internal business units. As a Freight Solutionist and Advisor via SPI Logistics, I am in charge of my team in shaping operational strategies, processes and standards to ensure consistent performance across the brokerage. I build key partnerships and relationships with Motor Carriers and govern carrier and vendor relations, leading negotiations, purchasing and logistics planning. Within CAT Inc's Recruiting division, I supply direct-hire candidates for the Supply Chain & Logistics / Warehousing Industry. By customizing a plan and assessing your company's current position in the market, recruiting and hiring the right people is my main driver in the growth of and reaching your company's goals with your current value set. Customers rely on me to optimize supply chain flow in a cost-effective manner, without damage or delays on shipments. Carriers come to me to find qualified candidates and CDL-A drivers to fill their trucks, in a very timely manner.
