About Marko Dogancic

As a Site Superintendent at DEME Group, I oversee the execution of offshore wind energy projects, ensuring safety, and quality. I have more than five years of experience in offshore engineering, working on various projects across Europe. I hold a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering/Hydraulics from University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, where I specialized in designing water supply networks. Before joining DEME Group, I worked as a Construction Engineer and a Site Manager on several infrastructure and cultural heritage protection projects in Croatia, where I was responsible for organizing construction works, documentation, and communication with investors, subcontractors, and partners. I am a communicative, open, and motivated young professional who is passionate about engineering and renewable energy. I enjoy working on challenging and diverse projects that allow me to apply and develop my skills in project planning, lifting operations, engineering, and offshore safety. My goal is to continue learning and growing as an engineer and a leader in the offshore wind energy industry.
