Current achievements- Integrated Workday Inventory tool to Bolt Rentals system to give clear overview of spare parts usage, stock levels, shipments and inventory count variances. Used data from inventory management system to perform multiple analysis for various stakeholders which brought clarity where issues are and what we need to do to resolve them- For 1.5 years have been one-man team in charge of forecasting, procurement, shipping decisions and relocation of spare parts for e-scooters and e-bikes (15+ countries, 100+ cities).
