About Marko Kek

After having graduated with distinction from the ESC Rennes School of Business (France) as a top-ranked student of the program (MSc. in International Business Negotiation), I have embarked on an exciting journey, working in several multinational teams, at various companies and relocating to several countries: Slovakia, Slovenia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Poland. I have had a privilege to lead cross-functional teams of people from various educational, professional and ethnic background, who spoke language other than my own, while several team members also didn't speak English. This forced me to get a grasp on Russian, Bulgarian, Czech, Polish, and some other languages, all of which I understand and speak to some degree. I have been managing teams (up to 35 people) and companies of different sizes and levels of turnover; always needing to have an overview of and responsibility for all of the company's operations (sales, marketing, purchasing, finance, HR etc.) Pushing myself out of the comfort zone enabled me to grow as a professional and as a person, accumulating invaluable experience and ability to quickly adapt to a new environment.
