About Marko Kratofil

Experienced HSE Manager/Advisor/Engineer with 14 years of experience in various projects with a career spanning the construction, seismic and manufacturing industries. During my carrier I have been appointed as HSE in various work operations such as- construction (excavation works, foundation works, steel construction assembly and construction.)- electrical (stringing, opgw, substations.)- infrastructural (tunnels, highways, railways.)- manufacturing (iron melting, casting, grinding, velding.)- seismic. I consider myself as motivated, capable, confidence and decisive for make tough decisions, devoted to work and team work, desire to make progress and a willingness to learn and accept new knowledge and skills. I have been working in various countries (eg. Norway, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Ireland, Kosovo, Croatia, Libya.) and I gained valuable knowledge regarding various laws and regulations that I actively apply during my work. Effectively communicating with both workers and managers, I build mutually beneficial relationships and improve awareness of HSE issues and requirements. A proactive team player, I motivate individuals and encourage compliance to company standards and international regulations. I also have several years of experience in quality control and as an internal auditor for ISO 45001.
