About Marko Milkovic

Marine Superintendent for the dry fleet of Tankerska Plovidba dd. For the bulk fleet at Atlantska plovidba I was Quality Manager and Marine superintendent, DPA /CSO,certified Master Mariner. As a Vetting Manager at OSM Europe, I managed and coordinated the vetting process for the OSM Bergen Tank AS fleet to ensure all vessels were fully accepted in the market. I also worked as a Master Mariner at Kristian Gerhard Jebsen(KGJS ) and OSM Maritime Group, where I navigated and led various types of tankers, such as suezmax, aframax, LR2 product carrier, and MR oil chem tanker. With over 30 years of experience in the maritime industry, I have developed competencies in maritime logistics and management, marine safety and quality assurance, tanker fleet operations and compliance, and vessel navigation and leadership. I am also pursuing a doctoral degree in Maritime Studies at the University of Rijeka, where I focus on logistics and management in the maritime industry. My goal is to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and practice in this field, as well as to enhance my own professional development and career prospects.
