About Marko Ploeger

At the moment I work at PlusPort, an LMS supplier and training bureau- As product owner of PlusPort's own online training courses, I ensure that all training courses remain up-to-date (technically, visually and content-wise). I analyse and process user evaluations, monitor changes in legislation and regulations, apply innovative techniques (such as AI), determine priorities and monitor progress. In addition, I draw up annual plans for the focus of the development team and the further development of our training courses- As a learning & development advisor, I create (online) learning solutions for diverse audiences on a wide range of subjects. I develop content proposals, analyze target audiences and source information, and write educational material that combines theory and practice in consultation with subject matter experts. This ensures that a target audience gains insight and knowledge, masters skills, and builds confidence to apply what they have learned in practice. Topics include onboarding, work instructions, safety training, awareness, knowledge transfer, organizational processes, communication skills, and application training. Within my projects, I am both a subject matter expert and a project leader. As a project leader, I employ a structured and phased approach and am responsible for the management, planning, and budgeting. Other qualities?
