About Marko Uppa

My objective is to give my customers a service that exceeds expectations. I network with other professionals with pleasure. I want to be a professional and take ownership, regardless of the field. I gladly participate in any education that increases knowledge in my organization. My creativity often helps me give new perspectives to problems.I have studied accounting at Business College and computer engineering at the University of Applied Sciences. I have a master's degree in engineering (technology competence management). I like to learn and develop new and old things. I am open to innovative ideas, and future studies are close to my heart. I also like learning new languages.I have versatile experience in different systems and software as user support, main user, and trainer. I have answered on the helpdesk and been an IT support for small companies, more significant public organizations, and private homes. I have trained people in many different organizations. My experience makes me a self-managing worker who shares his expertise with other team members.My goal is to develop my organization and myself. I have developed e-learning, e-learning support, technical documentation, IT helpdesk, customer service, work environment, networks and servers, hardware acquisitions, personnel training, and logistics.
