I started my my career as a Coordinator in the Development Department, where I handled tasks such as triaging and analyzing reported bugs, creating tasks based on B2B client requirements, collaborating actively with cross-functional teams, and engaging in B2B and B2C communications to address customer needs and enhance service quality. My organizational skills allowed me to efficiently track deadlines and testing outcomes while actively utilizing Plan.io. Driven by my passion for software quality, I transitioned into the role of a Tester. As a Tester, I have gained valuable experience in various aspects of software testing. My responsibilities included creating thorough test cases, performing manual testing, documenting and analyzing identified bugs and issues, collaborating closely with development teams to provide feedback and find solutions, and ensuring that features meet user and business requirements through verification and validation. I have also been proficient in preparing and submitting detailed testing reports, utilizing JIRA extensively throughout the testing process. I am dedicated to delivering high-quality software and contributing to the overall success of the development process. Building upon my testing expertise, I was promoted to the position of a Product Owner. In this capacity, I took ownership of defining product vision, specifying product appearance and target user segments, and actively collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and the testing team. Additionally, I excelled in gathering and prioritizing user requirements, participating in agile planning methods such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups, testing and approving new features, and leveraging JIRA effectively.
