About Markus Adams

Passionate about education and innovation, I design learning experiences that spark curiosity, encourage exploration, and make learning truly engaging. As co-founder of Les Trobadors, I use play, storytelling, and gamification to create immersive training programs accessible to all. With La Ligue de l’Enseignement, I developed and led interactive language immersion programs for children, using sensory and experiential methods to enhance their curiosity and engagement. What drives me: Designing tailored training programs (BTS, Bachelor, Master, professional development, youth programs). Transforming learning through play and storytelling to capture attention and reinforce knowledge. Leading hackathons and immersive workshops that foster creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork. Making education accessible to all by developing solutions for underserved communities and people with disabilities. Managing educational projects in collaboration with academic institutions and businesses, both in France and internationally. A few achievements I’m proud of: Creating innovative educational programs with Les Trobadors and La Ligue de l’Enseignement. Increasing learner satisfaction to 95% through interactive and immersive methods. Designing gamified training programs for diverse audiences, including professionals, students, children, and people with disabilities.
