About Markus Alajoki

I am an ambitious business student with a strong interest in FDD, corporate finance and real estate investment. I’m currently writing my master’s thesis on valuation methods, which has deepened my curiosity for M&A, valuation modelling, and financial due diligence. At the same time, I genuinely enjoy working with company finances and financial reporting. My experience in auditing has taught me how to interpret financial statements critically and understand the practical realities behind the numbers. I believe this creates a solid base to grow into roles that combine analytical thinking with strategic perspective. In every job I’ve had, I’ve been one of the top performers – combining analytical skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic. My goal-oriented mindset has helped me reach the finals of national business competitions (Talousguru, Biz Potential), win Finnish championship medals in athletics, and achieve an excellent high school diploma (three Laudaturs).
