I believe in the following principles. This first is, “why would you accept failure when success is free.” The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines success as a favorable or desired outcome. The outcome of situations within your control is fueled by getting feedback, having mentors, hard work, perseverance, and dedication. The next one is self-explanatory. It is, “accountability breeds excellence.” It should be directed to you, your team, and everyone who is tied to the same goal. Additionally, we should always be on the lookout for “gradual drift.” It occurs when people or an organization starts to deviate from established standards gradually. If you see something wrong, either fix it or ensure that it gets fixed by someone else. Do not lower your standards or accept the poor work ethic qualities of people around you just to fit in. Stay true to your moral compass. Lastly, for a stress-free life, “it is better to be at peace with yourself and at war with the world than the other way around.” Self-care and positive mental health activities are essential to your own wellbeing. Doing what makes you happy will help you to enjoy the moment!
