I am a Principal Customer Success Manager at LinkedIn, with over 10 years of experience in customer success, sales, and customer service. I help global clients achieve their goals and optimize their use of LinkedIn's products and solutions, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and Career Pages. I have a strong background and expertise in working with diverse industries, from the public sector to ecommerce and enterprise software businesses. In my current role, I collaborate with the Global Client Director to execute on the operational and product utilization related goals of the customer success plan. I provide user-focused training, onboarding, and engagement, ensuring successful onboarding of new accounts and new users, identifying and providing Recruiter education and ongoing onboarding needs, and expediting technical and purchase-related escalations. I am passionate about meeting new people, developing new relationships, and solving problems.
