Background
About Markus Beckman
My job is to prioritize long-term strategies for how to reduce corporate environmental impact and integrate sustainability aspects into the business strategy. I work proactively to make the overall sustainability work reliable and credible, and how to measure corporate sustainability performance. I also support the industry and law-makers to build a clear framework on how to reach a sustainable development. I have a big interest in how natural and technical systems are linked together and sometimes even dependent on each other. Specific work topics cover green buildings and construction products, including for example life-cycle assessments, climate calculations, other in-depth sustainability assessments, etc.
