Being a Leader has been my main role for the past six years. I have experience leading teams and projects both inhouse and remote. I help teams: • To priorities their worklogs by planning our project pipeline with our stakeholders and enable team members to focus on their jobs • To work out their processes, align them with others and enabling them to adjust when and where needed • To identify and communicate our requirements so my specialists have what they need to move ahead with a project • By growing our team members into new roles and take on different challenges • By identifying opportunities to hire additional talent and amend our expertise • With our alignment around expectations towards each other as well as alignment around company values and goals I lead projects: • By aligning expectations and requirements of cross-functional teams • Being a proactive communicator and acting as an interface between different groups • With a focus on solving problems, short and long term • By regularly checking in with all contributors and making sure we are on track • By correcting our course when necessary
