Present position (SI) Manager and developer of international grants and mobility programmes, aimed at experience-sharing, network enlargement and development. Currently working with two funding instruments for cooperation in Sweden's neighbourhood, the SI Ukraine Cooperation Programme (SIUCP) and the SI Baltic Sea Neighbourhood Programme (BSNP). Also developed a peer-shadowing framework as part of alumni relations and competence development offer. Previous position (SI) Programme manager of the SI Visby Programme, a Swedish national framework for financing of academic and professional individual mobility between Sweden, Russia and the EU: Eastern Partnership countries. Previous position (UMU) Project coordinator at Umeå University, External Relations Office, supporting collaboration between academia and other sectors in the society. Also involved in national Vinnova-sponsored K3 development projects to establish new ways of supporting cross-sectorial collaboration, e.g. testing different methods for strategic management of partnerships (local, national, international). Also involved in regional development via the RUS+ framework.
