I lead digital transformation in the public sector with a strong focus on governance, leadership, collaboration, and measurable societal impact. As Head of Digitalisation and Renewal at SKR – the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions – I am responsible for establishing structures, processes, and coordination that enable 310 municipalities and regions to act jointly in areas such as digital infrastructure, AI, cybersecurity, and data sharing. With a background as a researcher and research director in applied computer and systems sciences, I have held senior leading roles over the past decade at municipal, regional, and national level. I operate at the intersection of technology, operations, and policy – and I am used to taking responsibility in complex environments where long-term goals, innovation, security, and resilience must be aligned.
