I drive projects from 1-on-1 personal coaching to Client-focused financial improvements to business-wide culture transformations. I thrive working on my own doing deep data analysis. I enjoy connecting the threads and producing the story for improvements. I also excel working closely with people from all backgrounds and in all positions, and utilising their expertise to get improvements and buy-in organically from all involved. I deep-dive into issues that affect the customer experience and implement solutions to streamline our customers’ journey. I provide key results in resolving technology and process issues and where we can drive our people to bring the best experience possible for all our customers. I illustrate hidden trends and show key improvements that can be made. Metrics drive conversations and understanding the data is crucial l to understanding the business. Culture change is easy to say but difficult to implement. Buy-in to improvements or changes is the biggest challenge I face in my current role, but it is the part of the job I thrive on most. Financial ROI is a crucial metric that I consider in all projects. The biggest returns we get are from the projects where our people feel more empowered and believe in what they are doing. Outside of the work in my current role I encourage and drive colleagues to go further with their career paths and areas of interest. I also teach colleagues on how to use programs such as MS Excel to make their work better and their lives easier. I like to keep my finger on the pulse of the latest technology-related news as well as enjoying and developing a keen interest in football and rugby. The soundtrack of my life is currently a variety of podcasts including Second Captains, 99% Invisible and No Such Thing as A Fish.
