Markus is a seasoned IT/ Cloud, Virtualization Software and IT Services lawyer with experience in the telecoms market, and a generalist inhouse counsel and former insurance professional with some 20 years PQE. He is a certified privacy professional (CIPP/E, CIPM), and certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and has successfully managed corporate structural governance, compliance and risk management related projects across EME and Asia-Pacific. Markus is admitted to the Munich bar as both Rechtsanwalt and Syndikusrechtsanwalt, and is also a highly skilled negotiator who has been engaged in many large and complex hardware network agreements. Markus is highly adaptable, market experienced in UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Singapore and Belgium. He is innovative and proactive and an experienced senior business team member.
