Markus is the founder of Brain Orchestra - a digital think tank of business developers with many years of operational and strategic leadership experience. We support people with hard jobs when they need us - ad hoc and situational. We believe in digitizing knowledge and experience. Together and with each other we live collaboration at eye level. The aim of Brain Orchestra is to bring together customers and experiences quickly and easily online. We are convinced that managers need an easy way to ask for the second opinion. Especially today it is important that the right information can be evaluated with the right experience at the right time. The spectrum at Brain Orchestra ranges from a simple conversation at eye level to the implementation of strategic projects. With a focus on corporate development, I have been working for 20 years at the interface between finance, IT and the strategic positioning of companies. For a long time I have been driven by the question:"Why do organizations work and why don't they? I found answers through my positions at Deutsche Bank, KPMG Management-Beratung, Deutsche Post DHL and Otto. These are the simple things - communication and culture."You can't fix culture.
