With over 20 years of leadership and management experience, I have worked with a variety of visionary start-up und pioneer companies as head of customer service, branch manager and managing director of start-ups. I know what it takes to manage strong growth and my overarching goal is to always deliver the best possible customer experience. My value to the team is to be the go-to person for anything related to the handling of customers: communication, service or sales, technics and incidents or just business advice. To this extend my specialties are to identify and develop talents and continuously improve processes. Customer Service is a people business - they key to customer success is to find the right people who are keen on making the company’s customers happy. My years of experience at DAB Bank, Tempobrain, Munich First and Fidor have given me a deep understanding of state-of-the-art customer service methodologies, automation, fintech and growth situations and have equipped me with the necessary expertise to build and develop outstanding solutions. I am a strong believer in supporting young people in their personal and professional growth which is why I support young entrepreneurs as a sparring partner, and I am also a Mentor at MentorMe.
