About Markus Juslenius

Having studied Service Management at Aalto University, my studies primarily focused on logistics, information systems and data analytics. ‍🤝 My previous experience stems from B2B sales and marketing, where learning about the customer's needs was the key and matching those successfully was the target of every interaction, whether it was cold calling prospecting leads or teaming up to organize a workshop to explore the challenges and opportunities of their business environment. From my studies at Aalto I gained a strong problem solving mindset and readiness for teamwork, where project management skills and meeting deadlines were essential. In my Master's Thesis I studied the application of scenarios and MCDA methods to compare the performance of various public transit investment alternatives. Beyond the formal engagements, my other interests include urban development topics and sustainable commuting alternatives such as cycling infrastructure and rail-based public transportation projects.
