I am passionate about digital and data-driven solutions, which I have been able to promote and implement for amazing international renowned brands also partnering with clients at senior management level on a strategic and operational level with a proven track record in recent years. I am growing to work with teams and help them achieve a higher level of excellence by engaging as a challenger, enabler and mentor on an equal footing. My vision is to build integrated and client-oriented teams that focus on producing outstanding and effective customer experiences with personalized digital solutions and positive impact on the world. One of my greatest strengths is to connect, develop and motivate people in order to give their best possible work. Therefore, on the one hand, I immerse myself deeply in projects “hands-on” and, on the other hand, as (General) Manager, keep track of the management and orientation of the company. In addition, I bring in several years of experience in helping companies in digital transformation, shaping corporate structures, organizations and services to meet the constantly changing requirements of the market, customers and employees.
