Customer Solution Designer at Frequentis in the area of telecommunication systems for Public Transport. Vast technical domain know-how concerning railway telecommunication and concerning GSM-R. Sound experience in (technical) project management for such systems. Sound understanding of MCX architecture and functions. Representative of Frequentis at ETSI Technical Committee for Railway Telecommunications and at UINTEL (the telecommunications committee of UNIFE). Excellent knowledge of TSI CCS, EIRENE and GSM-R specifications, currently engaged in definition of FRMCS (Future Railway Mobile Communication System) with focus on fixed-terminal part. Before joining Frequentis in 2007, acting as software developer and technical lead in the area of mobile terminals and cab radios for GSM-R/EIRENE systems (deeply involved in design, implementation, integration and type approval of such mobile terminals).
