About Markus Nowak

With over 15 years of leadership experience in the automotive and consumer industry, I am currently PC & L Director at Aptiv, leading a team that leads supply chain planning for the EMEA region. My core competencies include leadership, coaching and mentoring a team of over 500 employees. In my mission, I pursue the goal of having a direct influence on the success of our company through innovative supply chain solutions and optimizations. I bring a diverse perspective and experience to a global company with an annual sales volume of 2.4 billion euros within the Europe region. Since joining Aptiv in July 2022, I have been responsible for planning at five plants across Europe wich are located in Poland, Germany, Hungary, North Macedonia and Portugal. Together with my team, I optimize inventory management and surplus reduction. Our customers, including well-known automobile manufacturers such as Volkswagen, Porsche, BMW and PSA benefit from our high product quality in the areas of ADAS ECUs and multimedia systems. Through my leadership strength, analytic and strategic approach, I contribute to constantly improving our production and supply chain processes and thus increasing customer satisfaction.
