About me: Senior product manager with a background in mechanical engineering and an extensive experience in project management from technical and business perspectives combined. In my day-to-day, I constantly balance a bigger-picture strategic overview with actual delivery and problem-solving. Throughout my career, I've worked on several projects that involved the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch. In these projects, I've focused on technical feasibility and maximizing business potential. Current role: As a product manager at Swappie, I've been a key player in rolling out automated production lines and leading the launch of several large-scale manufacturing robots. I've designed and implemented factory processes from scratch, overcoming technical challenges and increasing annual profits by hundreds of thousands.
