I’m a curious, empathetic, and positive person, driven by designing meaningful experiences with and for people. I thrive at the intersection of research, collaboration, and design for real-world impact — where real change happens. Currently rethinking democracy and welfare for the citizens of Kungsbacka municipality, helping to challenge status quo and make the world a little better, step by step. As a Service Designer and Innovation Manager I bring the voice of the residents and users to the table, equip teams with the right mindset, tools, and methods, and create conditions for innovation to happen. It’s about seeing the big picture while paying attention to the details, making sure that the systems and services we design don’t just work — but truly matter. The challenges we face forces us to find new ways to create value for society and build the resilience to navigate an uncertain future by experimenting, learning and evolving — always with humans and humanity at the center.
