Over the past 25 years I have acquired vast experience and success in developing and implementing digital strategies. I have created and transformed digital businesses for multiple Public Sector customers. The customer insights shaped the sales approach for Global Public Sector. My industry knowledge on education, transportation, and local governments influenced the sales plays for those industries. My most recent accomplishments include: • Service strategy for Orange County CA on cybersecurity, constituent engagement, interdepartmental data sharing, IT service portfolio and workforce lifecycle • Industry strategy for San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency with an aligned technology road map and reference architecture for headway service mode and dynamic street infrastructure • Strategy and execution for a smart region initiative in Greater Phoenix with AZ Institute for Digital Progress • Digital Roadmap for ASU NOVUS project in Tempe with AZ Institute for Digital Progress • Business model and strategy for the National Cyber Center in CO for the governor initiative with UCCS • Merger of healthcare departments in LA County CA driven through the statewide whole person care The business architecture practice that I have created and successfully implemented is an engagement that is now developed into an advisory service by the Customer Experience team called Business Success Roadmap. As the business architect in those customer engagements, I am responsible for the virtual team and the whole life cycle. Starting with gaining commitment from the customers’ executive sponsor, while working with key stakeholders in their organization to discover their required capabilities, leading the architect teams (business, technical, and customer's enterprise architects) from the discovery until the design phase and aligning the communication strategy across the different customer facing teams at all levels
