About Markus Reitzig
I study how organizations – companies, teams, and movements – function, and how we can improve them for all stakeholders: owners, leaders, employees, and participants: I am particularly interested in what happens when companies replace traditional top-down leadership with more self-organization. And how structures shape people – their motivation, collaboration, and performance- Together with my research group, I regularly publish in leading international journals. At the same time, as a professor and speaker, I share both established and new insights with students, executives, and practitioners.
