Dr Markus Salge brings more than thirteen years of experience in advising clients in high-stake situations, particularly in international arbitration, litigation and out-of-court settlement. His engagements are typically characterized by a high degree of complexity. He specializes in the application of simulation methods as well as other techniques from the economist’s toolset. He has served as an independent expert on breach of contract, delay and disruption, as well as antitrust matters. Markus has provided his written opinion and conducted hearings as well as cross-examinations in international arbitration proceedings under the rules of the ICC and ICSID, respectively.
