Strategy definition and the successful implementation of consequential actions to accomplish the organization's vision in very competitive environments have been my passion and always part of my role throughout my career. As a pragmatic controller by conviction I am driving continuous improvement of process and organizational structures with a strong focus on economic profitability while fostering an appreciative team-based mindset by own conviction.
