Multi tasking expert with strong CI mindset During my professional life I passed multiple different stations. With every station I acquired a broad variety of knowledge and skills. Only one day after finishing school I went to armed forces for my military service, which tought me a lot in this early time of my manhood. Later on, working in parcel delivery for DHL I put my skills on the next level, as this job was extremely demanding on both, physical and psychological level. Working under permanent pressure of time and customer satisfaction made me • Highly stress resistant • Customer focused • Work at high pace After a severe accident resulting in a broken ankle, I had change my role again and I was lucky to get the position of the assistant manager at Black Forest Magic, where I previously had worked as a guide and trainer for multiple outdoor activities. This position demanded a lot of flexibility and self-learning, since I was the only full-time employee next to the owner and I was involved in all parts of the business from acquisition to billing. Proving my value to the company owner, I got the responsibility of an excecutive manager in the companies ski rental which further shaped my professional me. Dealing face to face with all kinds of customers and sometimes working at multiple stations in the rental at the same time made a true expert in switching between multiple tasks with nearly no loss. During my time with Black Forest Magic I • Increased my resilience • analyzed, improved and created effective processes Finally, the biggest leap for me was to move abroad to an unfamiliar country and basically starting a new career from scratch. This time with a global player. Being new to the company I very soon started to notice weak points in diverse processes that leaded to uneffective work. I became driven by continuous improvement, seeking discomfort and trying to simplify work not only for me but also for my colleagues in strong collaboration with international teams.
