I enjoy working on the optimization of processes, procedures and problems. I find it exciting to find out how things can be made more pleasant, faster and easier for our customers or us internally - and how these ideas can be implemented! In my view, it is first important to create clarity- Where is there dissatisfaction? What is the goal or what should be improved- What is the starting point? What is the process like right now? Why is it not optimal- What are the problems & challenges to change- Which people and systems are involved- What knowledge is needed and who needs what information and when- How can we improve the current situation?
