About Marlee Corra

After obtaining the Academy of Tourism Gold Level National Certification and a Canadian Hospitality Foundation Scholarship, I attended Vancouver Island University, graduating with a Diploma in Hospitality Management, and was recognized with Dean’s List status. For the last 15 years, my focus has been on developing and fine tuning my skills with a focus on property management and real estate. This experience is complemented by my diverse skill set. My strengths lie in project management, problem solving, relationship building, communications, sales, and event planning/execution. Having worked in both managerial and customer focused roles, I have gained a thorough understanding and great appreciation of what all levels of employees contribute to an organization. I always strive to bring 100% to the work that I do everyday and take pride in my ability to motivate those with whom I work. I am reliable, ambitious and believe in working smarter, not harder. I excel in creating new processes and procedures to streamline operations. I enjoy challenges and am excited to step outside of my comfort zone. Some of my most notable accomplishments to date have been: publishing a real estate magazine, planning/executing large scale events and successfully building and managing relationships with the home owners of the 50 homes that make up the portfolio I currently manage. When I’m not on the job, I love meeting new people, learning new things, exploring new places and being active outdoors. Personally and professionally, I am passionate about people and enjoy knowing that I may have improved someones day, week, month or even, in some cases, impacted their lives.
