About Marleen Wapenaar

My ambition is to help companies realize a change evolving from the need for sustainability due to climate change, changes in laws and regulations, new technologies and changing customer needs. Translating movements in society into changes in the organization is what I have successfully done in my career. In doing so, I take the stakeholders and their interests into account and involve them in the transformation. From concept to creation of the strategy up to and including the implementation, I take ownership to accelerate the transformation. From network conversations and through various media, I know what's going on. I am a self-starting and hands-on professional who is energized by teamwork and thrive in a complex and dynamic environment where collaboration is crucial.* Background photo: the streams of water are strong and flow all over the world. The sea is flexible, fluid, changeable and constantly in motion and in my opinion it helps if people and organizations also keep in motion. In that way we all make progress to contribute to growing a better world together *Key specialties and skills :#Change Management,#Program/Project Management,#Stakeholder Management,#Presentation skills,#Energy Transition #Digital Transformation,#Business Development,#Innovation
