About Marlena Cahill

I’ve been a nerd since I was old enough to read. I sat in front of my dad’s Acer 286 and was in awe of everything it could do. My dad caught me trying to follow instructions from his DOS Basic book, and he saw that the Sesame Street book was on the floor. I’d chosen a side at that point. While I studied Marketing in college, quality has always been at the forefront of my mind. I spent several years in the Insurance industry, where my focus was mostly on creating controls to ensure our correspondence would meet audit standards. That led me to where I am now, where I believe I’ve found my passion. Ensuring software works as it should, for us and for the customer. This marries my love for technology and digging deep into issues—with my quest for near perfection. There’s always something to learn and a problem to solve. I’m forever grateful for that.
