My drive and motivation lies in the possibility to develop and problem solve within all types of processes, may it be people processes, document processes, or manufacturing processes. With a strength in storytelling and presenting what is difficult in an easy way, I hope to enable my business and its leadership and employees to grow and develop. With a broad background ranging from life science research, recruiting within the Life science/pharma sector, and with a Six Sigma Black belt certification, I have a passion for People and Processes. I joined Galderma in 2021 working with Talent Acquisition, after which I spent two years as Operational Excellence Manager where I created and launched a Yellow Belt training program across the Uppsala site and worked with problem-solving, coaching and complex deviation investigations. In May 2024 I moved into Manufacturing Science & Technology as Principal Scientist and Team lead for a team focusing on Biologics in Galderma Uppsala, a team that I am now managing as of November, 2024.
