Owner of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate - founded in 2008. 38 years of commercial real estate brokerage. I founded and operated a successful commercial real estate firm for 22 years. I sold the business in 2007 and chose not to work with the new owner. My r.e. license was moved to Metrowest Commercial Real Estate. I own the business now. Some past sales include : In 2020, I sold a solar farm for office buildings, an office building to be converted back to residential, a medical condo for a 2 family for and helped the Seller do a 1031 exchange, an auto sales site, a 5,600 s.f. restaurant lease with option to purchase and a s.f. School that closed in December for $2.6M, a Natick MA s.f. office building for $2.75M and lots of commercial leasing. Interesting year. 2021 is a year of selling certain properties over asking price, new marketing platforms and using my 38 years of marketing expertise for each assignment. 2023/2024 - My most recent sales/leases- 2 Rt. 9 Framingham restaurants, an industrial 3.8 acre parcel with a 10,400 s.f. bldg -$2.85M, an Ashland 7,500 s.f. office building -$1.05M, leased Rt. 9 restaurant to Framingham House of Pho. Hopkinton Industrial land site with s.f. building -$2.8M.
