About Marlene Ryder

I have worked in the retirement industry for 25+ years, my most recent role as a retention strategy analyst has been to help retain current clients and partnering internally to help work with advisors to maintain client relationships. Prior to this role, I worked in the education department delivering presentations to participants (in English and Spanish) and assist in managing 20 educators with their schedules, as well as client facing and assisting clients navigate the best way to educate their employees and what will work best. Building client relationships and partnering internally is a strength, as well as strategic thinking and looking at things from a different perspective, this has served well in my current role. I enjoy looking at analysis reports and numbers that can be used to help resolve current issues and/or projects. I’m a fast learner, enjoy complex projects and can think outside of the box.
