I am an Incident Specialist at Software Solution Partners (SSP) and have been with the company for over 5 years. SSP is an InsurTech solutions business with over 30 years of insurance system expertise and allows a seamless connection between all players in the short-term insurance chain. I’m a successful Incident Management Specialist with 30+ years of professional working experience, 13 of those as an experienced Incident Management Specialist and Customer Care Consultant with FAIS accreditation in Short-Term insurance and have my ITIL Foundation 4 Certification. Well known for my ability and dedication to optimising organisational success through my expert knowledge of incident management, customer service and insurance knowledge. Qualified in customer services, data processing, system analysis, system testing and incident management. Take ownership of my skills and learning to improve in positions held and have either certificates or diplomas in online or onsite courses I have attended. I will continue to learn, either to update my current skills/knowledge or learn new ones. I pride myself in building positive and strong business relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external. I am driven and make a difference, whether it be in business or with colleagues, family, or friends. When I am not building on, improving, and maintaining client relationships and providing world class incident management and solutions, you can find me connecting with family, friends and pets, catching up on my reading or spending time in nature or my garden. My immediate career goal is to keep providing exceptional service to our clients, motivate and encourage my team and other staff members while learning and obtaining experience in change requests, transitioning as well as contract setup and maintenance. My future goal is to resume additional responsibility in service delivery management and operations and my ultimate aim is to actively continue to contribute to the overall success of the organization I or my client works for.
