Out of a group of 12 site safety officers and following training and coaching I provided, 5 of them have been promoted to more senior safety roles; • Rewrote policies and procedures to fully comply with international and local standards; • Created an HSE management system from scratch in a month in preparation for an external audit. Achieved third place in the region with a 98% score for compliance. • Introduced electronic shared systems, significantly improving efficiency and visibility to all stakeholders with a single version of the truth.
