About Marlon Chatman
I Started my career as a part-time loader at UPS in 1983. After 3 years I became a part-time supervisor. In October of 1989, I became a package car driver for a short time, but had aspirations of getting into full-time management. 3 months later I got promoted into full-time management. A UPS rule back then was you couldn't get promoted to full-time management if you haven't driven a package car. After working there for 20 years at UPS, I choose to work in the airline industry with Wisconsin Airlines as a ramp manager in 2004. I then was hired at United Airlines in 2005. I also worked as an assistant transportation supervisor at IDEXX Laboritories from 2009 thru 2012. I changed jobs again when I got hired at ATI Physical Therapy as a transportation supervisor from 2012 to 2013. Finally I was re-hired back at IDEXX Laboritories with a better position replacing my former boss there In November 2013. What a story.Marlon C. Chatman
