I had spent 15 years in the semicon production, machine and instrumentation maintenance engineering career. After 5 years at my previous job at Royal Canadian Mint I've been teaching myself basic IT skills, I decided to switch into IT and following down the networking path with my start at Herzing College Winnipeg 1 year online Diploma Computer Network Technology program and fortunantely I had been fully funded by the Manitoba Government. I am looking to keep growing my networking skills after graduating and keep growing as an individual. I am hoping to be a future technical support or work in Cyber security. Thoughout my learning at being Herzing College, I learned many skills including MS Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, Network Infrastructure and Administration, A+ Certification Preparation Course, Linux Administration, Office 365 Tenant, Cloud Essentials, Cisco Routers and Switches, Windows Servers Operating Systems, Career development, Network+ and Security+ Fundamentals. With a passion for networking I am always looking at ways to improve my skills and learn. During my off time I enjoy improving my skills with sport like basketball. I enjoy the teamwork of basketball and meeting new people to help me grow as an individual. I also love to spend time with my family specially my 2 daughters going to the park or at the beach during sumer months here in Winnipeg. I also enjoy DIY home improvements and playing/streaming video games.
