I have been involved the factoring and securitization of cash flowing assets for more than 20 years. I was a key player for three start up enterprises that each acquired hundreds of millions of dollars in receivables. Played an important role in a $90M securitization, which closed in October, 2011. Involved with the sale and delivery of receivables from one facility to another. Worked with a $100M revolving warehouse line prior to 2001 and another $100 million dollar conduit line until 2009. Interacted with bank officers, custodians, auditors and other people involved in institutional finance. Responsible for the setup and maintenance of many web based portfolios. Extensive interaction with major ratings agencies and the purchase of products from those agencies. Served as account administrator for several company vendors. Thoroughly familiar with the origination, processing and funding of receivables, through high volume retail operations. Also performed a number of servicing related functions. Beginning in 2017, I expanded my compliance functions to the seller financed real estate note and factoring of insurance premiums spaces. Specialties: Legal research, insurance company information, particularly ratings information and mergers and acquisitions. Most other information gathering situations. Involved in multimillion dollar asset and portfolio sales. Provided audit support.
