My career as an employee is in CONSTRUCTION & BUILDING ENGINEERING. maintained and inspected commercial and residential properties. I am extremely well experienced in the use of hand tools, power tools and power equipment. I am well experienced in knowing properties and their business operations. I am well versed in safety and safety procedures; whether it’s related to hazardous material, the building or the people on the property. I have always worked in or on properties for over 20 years. 75% commercial and 25% residential. My career In BUSINESS & MANAGEMENT is I am a former business owner of start up companies. I have also helped other entrepreneurs set up and start a business. I have also been a graphic & digital media content creator for over 15 years. Creating: websites, biolinks, CRM, logos, flyers, resumes, music & other audio and so on.
