About Marlowe Allen

My official titles are project manager, implementation specialist and analyst. But, like any technology professional, I wear many hats. I am an educator, a motivator, an influencer and a creator. Sometimes, I am even a bit of a therapist. I am curious, ambitious and collaborative with a passion for helping others reach their full potential. I am a self-starter and quick learner who has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, pushing the limits on what is possible and seeking out innovative solutions. I enjoy utilizing my strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and lead by example with positivity, focus, and enthusiasm to add value and drive results. I am deeply passionate about being an impact player and leaving my mark on my community. I have been fortunate to have several people in my corner throughout my life, helping me navigate life’s rocky roads. If I can provide the same mentorship to even one other person, I will leave this world a much better place. I am a firm believer in radical candor and transparency. The strongest relationships stem from setting the right expectations, open conversations and effort, whether that’s in the work place or personal. On the weekends, you can find me on the couch with my family, binging a new series on Netflix or exploring a small town in Florida. I am an adventurous traveler – 22 countries and counting – and avid lover of chips.
