Facilitates an end-to-end recruitment process • Sourcing (active & passive candidates) 1. Posting of job vacancies through Indeed, JobStreet, WorkAbroad and Facebook 2. Managing Database for candidate pooling • Interviews 1. Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews as per client's qualifications 2. Conducting mock calls/interviews • Endorsement of applicants to employers • Facilitating Recruitment Campaigns • Directly communicates with the clients to discuss upcoming Recruitment Campaigns including the target number of candidates, qualifications, complete compensation and benefits package, and etc. • Conducts processing orientation to discuss the offer letter content as well as the recruitment process of the newly offered candidates • Processing/onboarding 1. Responsible for the documentation and assisting candidates for the completion of their required documents for medical, Visa processing, Biometrics, Overseas employment certificates, etc. Weekly updating of each candidate's processing status 3. Regular meeting with clients for the updates on each candidate's progress on their application process • Deployment 1. Conducting final briefing for deploying candidates 2. Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate the to the number of candidates placed • Directly reports to the Recruitment Supervisor • Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Recruitment Officer/Supervisor and the President • Liaises with the assigned personnel of different facilities abroad while maintaining regular communication with other support groups such as the Admin, accredited clinics, and POEA representative Prospecting clients
