Creative departmental redesigns, start-up management, activity-based-costing analyses, and process-improvement team-facilitation, netted annual savings exceeding $3M at ABMC,$10M at Clarian, eliminated 28 days in AR for Aurora, centralized and improved scheduling 100% for OhioHealth and was 30% ahead of plan for assisted living. Achieved national recognition for e-technology business solutions for Aurora and self-pay management initiatives for OhioHealth and created an automated data warehouse for strategic account management information sharing for APS.
